Maciej Synówka was the first coach from Poland to be qualified for the prestigious WTA Coaches Programe. The programme was created to recognise and promote coaches working with players in the top 100 of the WTA rankings. His former charges include Urszula Radwanska, Coco Vandeweghe, Belinda Bencic and Barbora Krejcikova. In addition, he regularly plays the role of an expert and commentator on the performances of the world’s male and female players in particular. He is also the owner of the Lechia Tennis Club in Gdańsk.
